Our crew truly can serve as an extension of your production team.  All of our Sales Managers have undergraduate and/or graduate-level training (including technical direction and lighting design disciplines) and extensive in-the-field training.  Our crew has experience in academic theatre, professional theatre, cruise ships, churches, event production, and more. We have the perfect mix of hands-on experience and product selection to be your one-stop production supplier.

How can I place orders?

Most any way you'd like!  Many companies these days force you to use their website and bury their phone number deep inside the website.  We publish our number at the top of every page!  In short, we accept orders via website, phone, email, or fax.  You may also mail hardcopy purchase orders.  Here is our contact information.

Purchase Orders / Account - available to public schools, universities, colleges, state organizations, and organizations with approved credit applications
CIA - check in advance
COD - cash on delivery (not available for certain orders)

Shipping Info

Shipping is calculated by our sales managers after each quote or order is submitted.  We aim for the most cost-effective shipping logistics based on the products ordered and the timing needed.  We have a complex mix of stock products and drop-shipped products. Many sites may offer free ground shipping, but typically those shipping costs are simply bundled within the product prices.  We strive to offer a competitive final price point tailored to your specific order.

When submitting your online cart, you can choose "Order" or "Quote".  For "Orders", we will ship out the product(s) and add the actual shipping and tax amount to the final invoice.  For "Quotes", we will calculate the shipping/taxes and email you a formal quote for review.  You may then contact us to place the quote as an order.

Turnaround Time

It is important to get the right stuff. It is equally important to get the right stuff when you need it! We do everything we can to ship product according to your schedule.  We keep an extensive inventory at our NY warehouse. On most business days, orders with in-stock items, received by 3pm eastern time, typically ship that same day. Drop-shipped items may take an extra day depending on the item(s) involved and the policies of the vendor involved. We actively communicate with our drop-ship vendors to ensure timely order processing.

Occasionally, manufacturing and/or shipping delays can cause backorders.  We do our very best to communicate quickly about delays and offer alternatives when possible.
